Project Management
Building a high-end home relies on solid relationships - over the years we have built up strong relationships with quality sub-trades (plumbers, electricians). You don't have to worry about finding the best tradies, because we've already done the hard work. We manage all the sub-contractors so that the project will flow as smoothly and quickly as possible.

How we work
Undertaking a new building project can be overwhelming, but we're here to guide you through the process. Here's what you can expect from us:
Guidance: We'll offer you an initial consultation free. Include us during the planning stage so we can guide you on the best choice of materials, design and approach to ensure a smooth build and a finished product you will love.
Clarity: Before we pick up tools, we'll sit down with you and agree on the scope & pricing. Clear expectations from both parties ensure everyone is happy during the process.
Trust - As a Master Builder, we use building contracts that are tried and true, giving both you the owner and us the builders a solid foundation to build on. We also offer the added peace of mind of a Master Build Guarantee.
Proactive Start: Nothing excites us more than starting a fresh project, we'll work with you to arrange a start date that fits with you and your family. Before we start we’ll have solid building contracts in place so you know what to expect from the building process and to protect you from any surprises.
Regular Communication: As the Master Builder, Sean Falconer is always on-site and available to answer your questions. You will receive weekly progress updates on the build, as well as clear fortnightly labour invoices and monthly material invoices, this enables us to track spend during the build so you feel confident we’ll be delivering in line with the quoted price.
And a strong finish: We'll work with you to ensure Code Of Compliance. The finishing is our strong point, we love the finishing details on a build, it’s what sets Falcon Build homes apart from the rest. Our refined work and craftsmanship is what we're renowned for.
